We are looking for a Senior Telecom Analyst with at least 5 years experience (with a TEM supplier or an enterprise) who will work with our customers from implementation through ongoing support. You will be responsible for excellent service delivery including timely loading and validation of invoice and circuit inventory data, auditing of customer data, working with the customer and carriers for dispute management and resolution, general ledger feeds and reporting. You will also interface with internal resources to insure ongoing requirements are met.
You must have excellent working knowledge of Local/LD/Data carrier billing, tariffs, USOCS and industry idiosyncrasies. You must also have excellent communications skills in working with clients, determining their initial and ongoing needs with regular customer status meetings. Strong project management and organizational skills required along with strong PC, Microsoft Excel and other software. Some travel required.
