Comview Corporation ("Comview")
obtains third party personally identifiable information
("PII") on individuals (each a "PII Participant")
pursuant to written agreements with its customers (each
a "Customer"). PII Participants are almost always
employed by a Customer. PII is used by Comview in the process
of providing data processing and analysis services to Customers;
due to the nature of Comview's services, it also stores
Customer data and the results of analysis on such data.
Comview does not share PII with any third party other than
a third party which provides services to Comview (each
a "PII Agent"); each PII Agent has agreed in
writing not to share PII obtained from Comview with any
third party other than a third party which provides services
to the PII Agent and has agreed to protect the PII in the
same manner.
Upon receipt of written notice from a Customer that an
individual whose PII is possessed by Comview has opted
out of sharing
their PII the PII shall be deleted from Comview's servers.

will
be required to be familiar with and adhere to this privacy
policy. Comview will investigate any reported complaints
of violations of its privacy policy and will take prompt
remedial action where violations are found. If a PII Participant
is unsatisfied with Comview's resolution of the complaint,
then Comview or the PII Participant may file a request
for mediation of a privacy issue with the American Arbitration

This privacy policy does not apply to Comview employee
PII.
