Every month Comview reviews all of your wireless usage and optimizes plans according to peak minutes used and calling patterns. The system stores rate plan changes, checking against future invoices to ensure your carrier makes the changes and makes them correctly. Any errors are immediately reported to you and your carrier and tracked for correction. Comview also maintains all of your contract information including discounts, free devices and other incentives normally provided by the top carriers. Every month, the Comview system reviews all data and charges comparing it to your contracted rates. Errors are identified and sent to the carrier for correction. Comview maintains responsibility for all follow-up with the carriers to obtain refunds or credits, freeing you up to focus on other aspects of your business.

Reports are automatically sent to department managers and even individual users if desired.
