Seems hard to believe but our fixed price service includes all of these services:- Server Administration – All SQL server database administration, nightly back-ups and archiving.
- Software Upgrades – All our upgrades are full upgrades and are free for as long as you remain on contract with us. Typically 2-3 upgrades are done per year.
- Project Management and Installation – Unlimited installation and project management time.
- Custom Report Design – We custom design any report to your specifications.
- Training and Technical Support – Unlimited training and tech support for our applications.
- Custom Long Distance Rates – Custom rates are built into our system and updated whenever you renegotiate with your carriers.
- CDR PBX Format changes – CDR output changes any time your PBX gets a software upgrade. Comview will update your database tables to match the new format for no additional charge.
- Monthly V&H Table Updates – Updates and loaded for you.
